Wrinkles are GONE with a quick dryer cycle with wet cloth. Fits nice. Bill is rigid but soft to touch. Great for the price! Can’t wait to apply my artwork!

If you are patient you can get a good sublimation job on these hats with the right hat press I used a handheld press with mixed initial results but that is not the fault of the hat's themselves.

These hats fit an adult sized head great. Despite some creases in the foam, I think they will iron out okay. Overall good hats.

Great polyester trucker hats for sublimation I've been getting into the sublimation kick by annoying my friend with a sublimation printer then sublimating myself. This is my first fabric and first apparel and the hats worked nicely. There are a lot of factors for this stuff, so it's hard to say what caused all the imperfections but I'm pretty sure the hats were fine. First off, you need a hat-specific curved heat press. I had a flat press and it was super awkward to press it on a curved hat. I tried to turn the press around the front but that made for a blurry image. Then I tried to press it flat and that made an indentation in the hat. It would all have been much cleaner with the proper equipment, but who can afford all that? Hats are great though. Classic trucker style with a secure double row snapback fastener in the back. It's about as classy as a trucker hat will get for a pretty good value.

This is a nice set if you want to make multiple hats for an event or just wanting to add variety to your collection. Being able to create and add your own designs is nice, and the variety is simple. These are easy to sublimate, but definitely easier if you have a hat press as it gives the stretch needed to avoid wrinkles. These hats fit my 9 yr old, and they fit myself. Overall, just a fair set of hats meant for easy customization. Htv works well on these also, so that's a huge plus. Very happy, would consider ordering again if I ever need more.

Bought these to make personalized summer hats at the lake. They were very affordable, quality for the price and comfortable. I was worried that they might melt and make a mess with the hat press I purchased but they did great - would buy again!

Skeptical about flat packaging and the wrinkles. Toss them in the dryer with a damp wet cotton towel for like 6-7 minutes and the wrinkles went away for the most part. Quick project turned out great. Great price!
