Really like this coffee mug. Takes the sublimation better than expected. Construction is smooth and didn't have gaps or dents. What is key and why I will be using this in the future is the piece that slides over the hole holds liquid in when closed but is still easy to slide open and closed. The length of time it keeps the liquid hot/cold seems to be in the same range as other products in this category.

These mugs are going to make perfect gifts for my colleagues this holiday season. They are a true white with a glossy finish. The mugs have a solid feel to them. I also really like that the drinking spout on the lid shuts tightly and takes a bit of effort to open, meaning it will not easily open on its own. Looking forward to decorating these beauties.

I sublimated this cup with his favorite character on it and put his name on it as well and he absolutely loves it! Color is great and sublimation worked very well in my mug press.

I had a problem with my first order and the company made it right! These are great mugs and if you are using them for sublimation they work perfectly! Will definitely buy again because not only are the mugs great, but so is their customer support!

Love this product so good and the cups are high quality!! Insulation works well for hot drinks and cold drinks and the tops are leakproof excellent cups.
